PRODUCTION OF YOUR ORDER
Lucky goodies are custom made, in mini batches, following receipt of your order and typically take 3-5 days before they’re ready to ship. I’ll let you know as soon as your goodie bag is on its way, so you can keep an eye out for it.
QUALITY OF GOODS
Some tees are made in-house and some I order in from quality suppliers who have a manufacture process adhering to both earth and human friendly global standards. These encompass environmentally friendly inks and dying processes and, especially, no sweat shops, child labour or unsatisfactory working conditions.
Tees and rompers sewn in-house are made from uber soft, locally milled ringspun cotton and cotton blends. #localislekker
Your goodie bag will be sent out by courier for delivery in 1-4 days, depending on your location in SA. If you happen to be close to me in JHB, then your order will be delivered directly to you by a Lucky driver. You’re also welcome to collect from Bedfordview if you’re nearby.

ONLINE CARD PROCESSING
is done by Payfast, you can read about them here. They’re a local company providing super secure merchant services to a large percentage of SA’s online stores. Rest assured folks, all your card/banking details entered are encrypted, never saved and pretty impossible to intercept.
ORDERS & RETURNS
I really want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you’ve received a different size to ordered, or a dud tee (which snuck it’s way into production) let me know so I can send out a replacement asap.
As all my garments are custom made as per your order (I don’t keep any printed garments in stock) I unfortunately cannot take items back for a refund if you’ve changed your mind on the print or colour.
The customer is liable for courier charges related to exchanges for smaller or larger sizes. Postnet to Postnet or an Aramex pre-paid box are the most cost effective methods, alternatively courier collection booked by LL would be R75 to collect the goods for exchange, and R50 for re-delivery of the new size.
Please double check the size you need prior to purchase by viewing the measurements on the gear guide and comparing them to a tee you have at home. If you have received the correct goodies per your order, but had worked out your needed size(s) incorrectly, we’d need to please go halvies on getting those goodies back and sending out the newly selected sizes. Returns carry a R100 service fee to help with courier costs iro the returned and new goods transport.
